  • Usually if the date is not available online, this means I am booked out. I highly recommend booking at least 2 months ahead. If this session is highly needed and urgent please fill out a contact form.

  • Weather, we have no control of (Minnesotans are far too familiar with this) but no need to worry, we will reschedule with no extra fees!

  • I highly recommend booking 2-3 months in advance. Sessions fill very quickly. Also keep in mind it takes 15 business days (not including weekends or holidays) when booking your session. If you need edits back by a certain time, make sure to properly book far enough from that date.

  • The amount of edited photos depends on which package you select! I do not give all the raws from the photo session. I like to give my clients the very best of the best. The reason we hire photographers is to trust their eye, and know we are not keeping photos from you! We usually just have a ton of repeated photos and give the ones where the lighting and pose is great!

  • Great things take time! Lol I kid, you will get them back within 15 business days. Keep in mind holidays and weekends are not included in this.

  • Things happen! Please communicate you are running late, there is no extra fees but you will be cutting into your own time. No extending time will be added the session.

  • If you need to reschedule, please give a two week notice. If you wait until week of, I will not be able to reschedule your appointment and you will forfeit the session. I understand life happens, but proper notice is much appreciated.

  • if you feel any symptoms please tell me so we can reschedule weeks out. Your health and my clients health are so important to me. I do not want to make an unnecessary risks. If you need to cancel your session will be placed on hold for you.

  • When you book a session, you agree to these terms & conditions.

    Nonrefundable Retainers: All sessions are final. Nonrefundable Retainers must be paid in full in order to secure your session and avoid cancellation. If appointment is cancelled, nonrefundable Retainers will not be returned. if you have booked a session that collects only half of the retainer day of booking the other half is due day of your session, no later. If other half of session is not paid, there will be no photos given as well as the non refundable retainer will be kept.

    Late Policy: Things happen! Please communicate you are running late, there is no extra fees but you will be cutting into your own time. There are no extending sessions If you are late.

    Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please give a two week notice. If you wait until week of, I will not be able to reschedule your appointment and you will lose the session. Photos are strictly chosen by myself, the best photos will be selected and edited for the client. Clients must understand lighting and photos on camera may not turn out during editing process. No Call No Shows will lose your session with no ability to reschedule. 

    If weather is against us the day of an outdoor session, we will reschedule free of charge. Please understand that I am in no control of the weather (We live in Minnesota guys lol) So please be understanding if we have to reschedule due to bad weather.

    If booked a studio session due to having a shared space time is not yet confirmed until I have confirmed the time with you, time subject to change. By agreeing you also agree to give rights for me to post on any social platform and my website.
